WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO?In my not so long "selling career" , I realized knowing the answer to this question, especially about the one you're selling to, goes a long way in closing a deal, than most people think. It helps you to appreciate their pain points better , which guides your decisions as a solution provider. I have subconsciously transferred this to my personal life, where with every encounter with a person, I try to find out "What motivates them?" and that helps me to better understand them and even appreciate their actions.One person I have come to admire and respect a lot more from this approach is Andrew Takyi-Appiah.
